1. Course Cancellation by Candidate
If a candidate chooses to cancel their enrollment:
Time of Cancellation
Refund Eligibility
Within 7 days of enrollment & before course starts : 80% refund (after deducting processing/admin fee)
After course has started (within 1 week) : 50% refund
After 1 week of course start or after accessing 25%+ of course
No refund: In case of EMI/Installment
No refund for paid EMIs: future EMIs may be discontinued on request (if permitted)
2. Cancellation by TICERAIS
TICERAIS reserves the right to cancel/postpone a course or batch due to insufficient enrollments, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
Full refund will be issued.
Candidates may opt to reschedule to another batch or course instead of refund.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7β14 working days to the original payment method.
A formal request must be submitted using the Course Withdrawal Form.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Fees paid for exams, toolkits, lab access, or bundled certifications are non-refundable.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Customized training
Enterprise/institutional orders
Discounted/offer-based enrollments
Requests after substantial course access (>25%)
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Submit the Course Withdrawal Form via email to support@tutelr.org
Attach proof of payment and ID
Mention reason for withdrawal clearly
Await confirmation from TICERAIS Support Team
6. Special Considerations
Medical or emergency cases may be considered for partial refunds, subject to valid documentation and management approval.
Transfer to another course/batch may be permitted once, depending on availability.
