2. Hybrid Work Culture
Office Locations: Kammanahalli (Bangalore), Vellore, Chennai, and London
Flexible Work Models: On-site, hybrid, and remote options depending on role and project
Interns and trainees are expected to report physically at training centers unless otherwise specified.
3. Workplace Conduct
Professional behavior is expected at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, and data breaches are subject to strict disciplinary action.
Adherence to NDA and data privacy regulations is mandatory for all employees and trainees.
4. Learning & Development

5. Cyber Hygiene & IT Policy
Devices must comply with company security standards (EDR, password policies, VPN usage).

6. Leave & Attendance
6 working days/week, with optional WFH on pre-approved basis (for full-time staff).
Prior notice required for time off. Academic trainees follow fixed cohort-based schedules.
